Our factory equipped with various machines can offer a significant quantitative polyvalency
( large, medium and small manufacturing series ).

We design the assembly, the twisting, the cabling from any kind of yarns :
Natural yarns : cotton, flax, hemp.
Cellulosic yarns : viscose.
Synthetic yarns : polyester, polyamide, polypropylene, polyethylene.
Mineral yarns : glass ( silionne ), basalt.
Aramid yarns : Twaron, Nomex, Kevlar.

Sizing Nm 1/50 to biggest, S or Z twisting , colors to your wish.

Make-up : on coils, cones, bobbins with flanges, or hanks.

BRAIDING : ROUND BRAIDS WITH OR WITHOUT CENTRAL CORE.

Our fleet of recent and efficient equipment, composed of over 350 braiding heads, allows us
to offer a large range of round braids with or without central core, colors to your wish, from
0,5mm to 12,0 mm diameter.

The production of these braids can be made from yarns :

Natural : cotton, flax, hemp
Cellulosic : viscose.
Synthetic : polyester, polyamide, polypropylene.
Aramid
Mixed : aramid-polyester, polyester-viscose,…

Make-up : on coils, bobbins with flanges or bulk ordering.

MULTI END WOUNDS ASSEMBLIES

From Glass yarns ( Silionne ), mix Glass-Polyester ( Daglas ) and cotton, we realize multi end
assemblies used as insulating materials for the electrical industry.

Our fleet of recent equipment allows us to obtain a quality of perfect products for
insulation of round and flat copper and aluminium wires.

These yarns wound in parallel ( yarns layers ) are wound on cardboard tubes
( wide range ) or on plastic bobbins with flanges.

Make-up : on coils, cones, bobbins with flanges, or hanks.
